Perfectly serviceable hotel in a great central location for this lovely town. The staff are helpful and friendly. The bedrooms lack any inspiration and are really just functional. Not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget rather than after a luxurious experience.
We stayed for one night. The rooms were clean, but you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. Fortunately, the other guests were not too loud either. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't too much to choose from. All in all, I would say it's a bit too expensive for what you get, but that's probably because of the good location.

We camt to Eisenstadt for the yearly wine festival, ORDO EQUESTRIS VINI EUROPAE Stiftungsfest. The hotel was surprisingly good. Heartwarming, friendly (!), PROFESSIONAL, and very well organized place to stay in the sunny Burgenland's capital Eisenstadt. We just could not wait to come again!
